Bad Bad Anxiety
It stinks when my social anxity keeps me from going places I want to go. When I haven’t been there in a while my mind freeks out. I’ve missed church for almost a month for several reasons. Now I’m sikeing my self out and can’t sleep tonight because I’m afrade I won’t wake up in time. Stupid right, I know. Annxity makes you think irrationaly. Go figure. Then I worry about explaining why I havent been there. I have a mutitude of medical problems, whith one will it be today! It makes me sound like I’m makeing things up. the list could go on with reasons I’m anxous about church tomorrow. BAD ANXIETY!
